South Devon murder accused appears in court
A 22-YEAR-OLD man accused of a murder in South Devon has appeared in court.
Jermain Maguire, from Penarth, South Glamorgan, was granted conditional bail by a judge at Plymouth Crown Court on Tuesday.
He had previously appeared at Torquay Magistrates' Court accused of killing 32-year-old Andrew Wingren, in Malborough, near Kingsbridge.
It follows an incident in the early hours of Saturday, February 2.
