The tour ended in Roscoff where the local Mairie invited the band to play as part of the programme for their European festival. The day was full of entertainment including a parade through the harbour town.
Julia Ratcliffe, musical director of Worle Wind Band, conducted the combined bands after the recent departure of Spectrum's musical director.
Spectrum Chairman Roger Carter said: "It was great to join forces with Worle Wind Band, and for Julia to conduct the two bands. This was the first time the two bands had come together, but it surely won't be the last as we already look towards our next tour in 2013."
