High quality customer service coupled with ongoing developments saw the total season occupancy increase from 49 per cent in 2006 to 72 per cent in 2011.

"It has been a tough year so we are chuffed to bits," she said.
"We found the Olympics have helped us but it has been the toughest year we have ever had.
