Stellar line-up for blues festival at Seale Hayne
BLUES fans from all over the country will be on the Seale Hayne campus near Newton Abbot for the Ashburton Blues Festival from Friday, June 1 to Sunday, June 3.
The ever-popular festival, which has attracted massive plaudits over the past few years from musicians and fans alike, has moved from its traditional home at Ashburton Town Hall to the wide open spaces of Seale Hayne, where there is onsite camping, food, drink and various other attractions.
Headliner on the opening night is Andy Fairweather Low, while Saturday night's closing honours fall to Eric Bibb.
Elkie Brooks headlines the closing night of the festival on Sunday.

Eric Bibb last week accepted the equivalent of a music 'Oscar' in Memphis.
He was named Acoustic Artist of the Year in the 2012 Blues Foundation Awards to add to a string of honours including a Grammy nomination; nominations for several W.C. Handy Awards; four nominations for Acoustic Blues Album of the Year and five for Acoustic Blues Artist of the Year.
Elkie Brooks is cited in the Guinness Book of Records as the Best Selling Female Album Artist in the UK in the last 30 years and is best known for a string of chart hits like Lilac Wine, Fool If You Think It's Over, Pearl's A Singer and Don't Cry Out Loud.
Andy Fairweather Low plays not only in Eric Clapton's band, but is also a regular with Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings.
He started his career in the 60s charts fronting Amen Corner with hits like Wide Eyed And Legless and If Paradise Is Half As Nice.
