Taekwon Do and Martial Arts: TYGA pair selected for GB squad
MARTIAL artists Dan Ling (right) and Richard Pyle (left) have been invited to join the world's top fighters after being hand picked by the TYGA Martial Arts International founder grandmaster Gary Wasniewski to be part of the competition squad.
Pyle and Ling are both members of the Torbay TYGA club where Jon and Becki Lees are 5th dan instructors.

Pyle (34) has been training since 1995 and is working towards his 3rd Dan black belt in February. Ling (21) who is also a 2nd dan black belt.
Both were selected after their recent achievements in the World Open Championships in London, where Pyle took home three bronze medals and Ling two.
The squad is made up of the best fighters from all clubs the throughout the TYGA system, which also include the Jon and Becky Lees.
The squad competes national and internationally, representing Great Britain against the rest of the world.
The pair were awarded a special patch which they can wear on the karate suits by their instructors at a recent session.
Said Pyle: "We are both very proud that our success has been recognised and can't wait to show of our new badges.
"The effort we have put in and all the coaching time our instructors have put into us has really paid off."
