Rugby Week, now in its 31st year, is open to all children in Brixham and Torbay aged between six-12.
The aim is to introduce boys and girls to the game of rugby whilst giving them the opportunity to meet new friends and to have fun!
Parkes, Brixham's head coach and assistant Ian Morgan steered the Fishermen to the South West One title last season. They are among the experts laid on.
