Early next year the complex is due to close as developers finalise plans to redevelop the historic building as a luxury hotel.
But with only a few weeks left before the seafront building closes on January 5, the business people have said a big 'thank you' to all their customers who have supported them over the years.

Jonathan Abery, of Therapia, which specialises in health treatments like massage cushions, cannabis joint cream, and aromatherapy snoring cure, said: "Most of us will be trading through Christmas. We have spent more on Christmas decorations, trees and sparkly decorations, to create a festive atmosphere. Shoppers are making the most of coming here while they can.
"With uncertainty still surrounding this much-loved historic building, and as its centenary year comes to a close, it is hoped it will live on for another 100 years."
He said Therapia would continue and expand its website mail order business www.therapiaonline.com and other related businesses. The ground floor cafe Petit Gourmet is closing after 25 years trading, but the company behind it, Phoenix Catering, continues.
The Reah Bros bar/restaurant is closing in the New Year and is selling off furniture and equipment.
Torquay Linens will be moving to 10 Fleet Street and Lunazzura card/gift shop to the Fleet Walk Gallery as well as continuing its website lunazzura.co.uk.
Harbour Breezes Gifts is continuing opposite the Pavilion at 7 Palk Street.

They include Mr Gills Antiques and Collectables, the Chinese shop Gift Links and Wicked Wicks which specialises in hand-carved candles and has a website.
