Torquay take aim at Lord's after securing indoor title
TORQUAY CC have claimed the 2012-13 South Devon Indoor Cricket League title.
Torquay defeated Dartington and Totnes in the final to be crowned champions and complete a flawless season, and will now advance to the county finals in February.

The champions won all ten of their league games before dispatching of Abbotskerswell in the semi-finals.
Torquay won the final by a convincing 29 runs, reaching 190-1 off their 12 overs. Openers Scott Baldry and Micky Wilkinson got the innings off to a flier, both having to retire after passing 25, before returning to wreak further havoc at the back end of the innings.

Dartington and Totnes replied strongly, but could only accumulate 161-2 in their innings after a tidy three over bowling spell from Nick Watkin.
Rob Payne, of Paignton Community and Sports Academy, believes the South Devon league winners have a real chance in the county finals, being held on February 10.
"They should have a real chance. They've been excellent all season, and could go a long way."
Should Torquay win the county finals, they would take one step closer to a dream date at Lord's in the National finals on March 17.
But before they can start dreaming, they must become county champions, beat the champions of Cornwall and overcome the regional finals.
Payne said the indoor season – the first to be held in Paignton – had received "excellent feedback."
"We're looking to start a new season in February with more teams getting involved," he said. "We want to grow the league and introduce a youth league in the near future."
