Totnes MP Sarah Wollaston defiant in Twitter storm
TOTNES MP Dr Wollaston is leading the charge in defying a move by the party machinery to try and curb the use of Twitter by Tory MPs.
The move comes after Dr Wollaston accused the Prime Minster of having a top team which looks 'far too posh, male and white'.

Conservative strategists have been frustrated at MPs for giving a "running commentary" on the leadership, which has been the subject of speculation at Westminster, and the party's electoral chances.
The new general election guru Lynton Crosby was expected to tell them this week that they are 'participants not commentators'.

But unbowed by the directive, Dr Wollaston took to Twitter this afternoon to say: "I cannot 'participate' without the freedom to 'comment', even if that is sometimes inconvenient to the Executive."

Much as I would like never to read your posts again - I was thinking about what you were saying about your posts being deleted by the mods because of what you think is left-wing bias.
I wonder if, rather than being censored by the HE, you are being censored by other posters.
I have realised that any post which is reported is automatically deleted, not by the mods but by the software.
It could be that people are deliberately reporting your posts knowing that they will be removed automatically.
If they do this because your posts are in breach of the rules (which many of them are you must admit) - then that is fine.
If however they are doing it just because they don't like what you say - then that is what is referred to in the rules as "malicious reporting" and can get then banned if you complain to the mods.
Again - much as I dislike many of your posts - you do have the right to make them, and being censored by others simply on the basis of disagreeing with what you say is wrong.”

“Yes "Bilge"; that's a really excellent description Bleach. . And probably explains why the so-say most impoverished community in the country highlighted on Breakfast TV morning where three quarters are unemployed, all had SKY Satellite Dishes.
We are just reaping what has been sewn. . Now anyone with any wish to retain normality and try and drag this country back from the precipice is seen as 'posh'.
You couldn't make it up!
Bring back National Service!”

“Freedom to comment, she wouldn't last long with that attitude on the Heralds web site, not having liberal left wing views is a banning offence on here.”
