Treasury appointment
LAW firm Foot Anstey has been reappointed by the Treasury Solicitor to its litigation panel.
The reappointment is for three years following a competitive tender open to firms across the country which sees Foot Anstey appointed to two advisory panels — Employment and Pensions and Regulatory and Criminal — to represent several government bodies and agencies including the Ministry of Defence, the Prison Service and the Environment Agency.
Commenting on the reappointment, Foot Anstey partner Patrick Howarth, who leads the firm's treasury solicitor team, said: "We are delighted to be reappointed by the Government's largest in-house legal service based on the breadth and depth of our experience together with innovative pricing methods."
