UPDATE: Police name two killed as car plunged into swollen North Devon river
POLICE today named the two men killed in a crash in North Devon last week.
They were Martyn Windsor, 25 from the Torbay area and Paul Bovey, 24, from the South Molton area.

Police are appealing for witnesses after the accident, which happened late on Thursday night or early on Friday.

Emergency services were called just after 8am on Friday to the single-vehicle accident on an unclassified road that leads from the A361 at South Molton to North Molton.
The blue Peugeot 306 convertible was travelling from the direction of North Molton when it left the road and dropped 15 feet into the fast-flowing flooded River Mole.
Mr Windsor, who was driving the car, sustained serious injuries and was taken to North Devon District Hospital by ambulance. He died a short time later.
Passenger Mr Bovey was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers from the Force Serious Collisions Investigation Unit have launched an investigation into the collision.
They are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the Peugeot travelling from the Exmoor direction toward North Molton or South Molton sometime during the late evening of Thursday or early hours of Friday morning to contact police on 101, quoting log number 148 of 12/10/12.
