The video is the work of the English Riviera Tourism Company and shows locals and holidaymakers enjoying various events on land and sea.

“Maybe they should video the actual events going on in Torbay.. The drug addicts at castle circus, the scroungers who choose not to work and get benefits, the dog poop and charity shops, the row after row of empty shops and smack heads, the pensioners who "fall ill at the wheel" and end up in shop windows.
