Heavy isolated snow caused some disruption on the A380 Ashcombe Cross to Kingsteignton and the B3192 during the morning.

On the outskirts of Torbay there were fresh falls on snow, but little disruption.

Elsewhere there was an accident at Holcombe Hill in Dawlish and hazardous conditions were reported at Moretonhampstead and Bovey Tracey, due to heavy snow on the A382.

A lane was closed on the A380 at Telegraph Hill in both directions at Ashcombe because of snow and the A381 Newton Abbot to Totnes road was said to be hazardous at Ipplepen because of snow.

In the South Hams the A381 at Halwell was said to be hazardous because of snow, as was the B3192 Exeter Road between Teignmouth and Ashcombe.

There were also hazardous driving conditions on many roads on Dartmoor because of ice and snow.
