Their first two singles Changes and Living it Up were playlisted at regional, national and specialist radio stations across the UK in their first year together.
Their videos were also playlisted by music channel Q Music
Their album will be released later this year produced by Yoad Nevo, who has worked with Goldfrapp, Duran Duran, Sugababes and the Pet Shop Boys.
These Reigning Days began their gigging career just over a year ago supporting Mercury darlings Metronomy at Torquay's Venue.
Since then the three-piece outfit have quickly established a reputation as a formidable live act.
Last Summer they played the main stage at a number of festivals including Chagstock and Lemonfest, as well as entertaining seafront crowds at music events in Paignton and Teignmouth.
They already have a number of festivals confirmed for this summer including headlining The Rabbit Hole at Glastonbury and they are returning to the Alps in March to tour and play the Crans Montana festival with KT Tunstall and The Feeling.
They recently recorded a live session on BBC Introducing in Devon.
One of their songs will appear in a film starring Terence Stamp, Vanessa Redgrave and Christopher Ecclestone and lead singer/songwriter Dan Steer has just been commissioned to write songs for a US film maker.
