THERE’S still time to see South With Scott — A Centenary Exhibition at Torquay Museum. It celebrates Captain Scott’s renowned expedition to the Antarctic 100 years after he reached the South Pole, and explore the expedition’s Devon Connections.
Scott and four of his comrades died with the Terra Nova expedition of 1910-1913.
Captain Robert Scott was born near Plymouth and expedition member Frank Browning lived in Torquay.
Scott’s relatives still live in Torbay. The exhibition runs until April 8.
