Yacht towed in to Brixham harbour
TORBAY'S stand-in RNLI lifeboat was launched yesterday after a yacht got into trouble off Brixham.
The lifeboat Oseir, which is on service in Torbay while the regular lifeboat Alec and Christina Dykes is away at Poole for maintenance, was launched just after 2pm when the 40-foot yacht Ntombifuti suffered engine failure on her way into Brixham.
It was the crew's 41st call-out of 2012.
The yacht was towed to the Events Pontoon in the harbour.
