Those who don't make it that far will be given feedback and pointers for where they can improve before being invited to another talent identification day in July.

Torquay LTC coach Tracy Brown said the children (pictured) deserved their chance to shine.

"All the children have put in a lot of work attending squads with me and extra sessions I have run on Sundays," she said.

"The children all have a great time, and having seven from Torquay is very good and we are proud of them all. Hopefully names to watch for the future."

Kendal Brown, coach at Torquay, was invited by Devon LTA to assist on the day, giving the children another familiar face, while Tracy Brown and head coach Steve Maslen went along to watch and support.
