Living up to the usual expectations of a theatre within a seaside resort, the Princess Theatre is known for its annual Summer Seasons of light entertainment and family variety. In more recent years, the theatre has had a change from the norm, spending summer months showing two West End musicals throughout a 6-week period. These musicals including the Blues Brothers, Grease, Chicago and many more, have proven to be a popular choice for both holidaymakers and Torbay residents alike.

The on site café-bar Breezes can cater for your every need, whether you’re after a little pick-me-up or a full 3 course meal. It is open throughout the day with hours are extended on performance nights. Breezes bar offers full table service, and an online menu is available for your perusal.

We have a function room available with beautiful views looking over Torquay Marina, as well as a selection of party packages available. Both the Princess Theatre and Breezes bar are both available for venue hire, including various size spaces depending on your needs.

The Princess Theatre website shows details of all upcoming performances, as well as a calendar so you can plan your visit with ease. Disable access is available for up to five guests, and group bookings are welcome.
