Two cut free after Torquay crash

TWO elderly people were cut free from a car after a crash in Torquay this afternoon.

The crash happened at 1.20pm in Ellacombe Church Road and one fire crew from Torquay was sent.

While the first crew was en route to the incident a further call from the police said there could be three elderly people still inside the vehicle, so a second crew from Torquay was sent.

On elderly man had been released from the car by the time the fire engine arrived.
