“If Torbay ever wants to be taken seriously as a cyclist-friendly place or even a resort where cyclists can spend their holiday, they HAVE to do something about the roads. Totnes Road in Paignton, Rathmore Road in Torquay and many others are riddled with deep potholes and dangerous to ride on.”
