Whether you're about to reach your half century or it's some way behind you, this is a day of practical advice and information you can't afford to miss. Paignton Library has gathered helping agencies across Torbay together in Paignton Library and Information Centre for a heatlh and lifestyle fayre that's guaranteed to be of interest to anyone in their mature years - especially those on low incomes. Come and browse stalls, enjoy live talks and demonstrations, or take your first steps online. There will also be free refreshments and a chance to win a KOBO e-reader, with which you can download free e-book and e-audio loans from Torbay Libraries' growing catalogue of over 1000 fiction and non fiction titles. The event is free - just drop in any time from 12.00 noon to 5.00pm on Tuesday 23rd October.
