LADY Gaga has just cancelled the rest of her world tour after finding out she needs to go to hospital for surgery.
Gaga tweeted: "I've been hiding a show injury and chronic pain for some time now.

"After last night's performance, I could not walk."
Fans who had bought tickets to one of the cancelled shows will be able to get a refund.
