“ We bought our first caravan at South Bay in1995 but through unforseen circumstances we had to leave, but I loved it so much at South Bay I was determined to go back one day, this I managed to do so I would like to share with you my experience..... the staff, as has already been stated in previous reveiws, nothing is to much trouble for them, any problems and they are on it straight away always cheerful......... Management always ready to listen to any issues you may have and will always do their best to sort it for you.....the park kept spotless by the staff, yes seagulls do come and make a mess but that is as I have seen when people do not shut the bins properly and some people leave bags of rubbish outside the caravans or chalets, but once reported it is dealt with straight away..........the shop, yes it may be a bit more than you would pay in a supermarket but it is not a supermarket it's a "corner shop" and very well stocked, the pool,,,,, an attendant on duty very aware of the swimmers, smashing pool very clean and busy when I was there everyone having a great time, yes I love it at South Bay it is a beautiful site a stones throw away from the most wonderful coast and fantastic walks, I would like to finish by saying that the reviewers that were not happy on site only had to go to the Management who would have been only to happy to have resolved any issues they had. On the Holiday Park with have 230 owners at the park and we have lots of different owners events, such as Golf Day, Cricket day,Dog Show, Ladies day at Newton Abbott Horse racing, a few BBQ'S Each year and a few owners parties.

We loved it so much we Bought a Caravan here
