Fantastic Instuctor!! (Dave Lock)

“ I'm Currently with Dave learning the drive and i can say that he has not disappointed me. He was recommended by my dad who was also learnt with him (21 years ago). Since beginning with Dave, i have become such a confident driver and have learnt so much from him. I also love the funny side of Dave for example when my dad knocked the wrong switch '' Hello is it raining'' as the wipers began to move. My test is looming now but i hopefully will pass fingers crossed. I really do rate this company very highly and hope people will decide to go with them in the future :) ”

Driving School Excellence

“Locke School of motoring is a really good driving school, the drivers are patient and friendly, they make you feel at ease as soon as you get in the vehicle, i speak highly of this company and i passed my test with them, their prices are good and there are special offers for booking in blocks.”

Excellent Instructor (David)

“I was recommended by a friend that David had taught, and passed his test with no minors. I would recommend him to everybody who needs to learn to drive, as he is a very good instructor. I am now waiting to take my test. As a company they make you feel very comfortable. ”

Until a few months ago...

“..I hadn't driven a car for twenty years, now I consider myself a motorist again. David Locke, arguably the most qualified and experienced driving instructor in south Devon, came highly recommended by half-a-dozen of the clients and staff at the Whistle Stop Cafe in Teignmouth. He gave me ten hours of 'refresher' lessons, and with great good humour, corrected my old bad habits, made me familiar with modern cars, driving styles ('We don't do that anymore') and new traffic regulations. Most of all, he gave this most reluctant driver the confidence to get back on the road! ”

Excellent Service, Excellent Company

“My son was recommended Locke School of Motoring for his driving lessons, as you would imagine he shopped around but decided to use Locke above the rest, the first reason being the company came highly recommended, secondly when he called for information due to his age being 16 , he was given in dept information of how to proceed forward with his lessons and the company answered the telephone on enquiry, which could not be said for others, I am very pleased to say he passed his test and i am confident after his training with Locke School of Motoring he will be a safe driver on the road, I continue to recommend this company to my friends and family who are thinking of driving lessons due to the friendly professional service they offer.”
