Golfers on target for charity

A RECORD entry of 116 players for the Dartmouth Rotary Club's Charity Golf Day at the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club made for a successful event.

Support from local traders and sponsors was also instrumental in raising £1,700 for Rotary-supported charities.

Rotary President Mike Bennett said: "We would like to thank those companies, organisations and individuals who supported us for this event."
