As well as the grant, the Tudor Trust is also offering business support.
The funding means Sirona can now move towards offering therapeutic and educational horsemanship sessions five days a week.
Hannah added: "Working with horses in a therapeutic and educational setting benefits people by increasing their self-confidence and self-esteem.
"People also learn new skills and gain greater self-awareness."
The expansion means Sirona, based at Seale Hayne is in need of a new horse over 14.2hh to join the team.
The company is also looking for more volunteers to help with further fundraising and marketing.
