LITTER, litter on the floor hang around and wait for more.

It was nice to see our mayor making a personal move on litter recently — shame he hasn't seen the whole picture yet.

I invite you, Mr Bye, to come walk with me for a day and will show you litter you didn't know existed. I can assure you that Torbay has a gigantic litter problem but you would, I suspect conveniently leave it 'under the carpet'. I will just give you a clue: The Willows, the path from Newton Road to the Willows, Preston Down roundabout to Churscombe Cross roundabout and all areas along the ring road, Brixham Road. These are just a few of the disgusting areas of Torbay.

South Hams have problems but they put on a much better effort than Torbay. I do not understand how you Mr Mayor can continue in your rosy little bubble, oblivious to what's all around you — litter by the cart load.
