Leeke wins Brent Hill race by 11 seconds

SOUTH DEVON Athletic Club dominated the challenging Around Brent Hill race at South Brent, supplying the overall winner and taking four of the first five places.

Rob Leeke was first over the challenging 12.5km course in 51m 51s, narrowly beating team mate Jeremy Hocking (52m 02s) into second place.

Then in fourth and fifth places were Kevin Bonfield (58m 45s) and Neil Downer (58m 46s).

Jean Grierson-Jackson (1h 05m 10s) was second lady home, with Lynda Sloman (1h 08m 20s) third.
