Four vehicle crash after hail storm on A38
A HAILSTORM was reported shortly before a four-vehicle crash on the A38 near the South Brent turnoff this morning (March 20).
Three ambulances, a rapid response vehilce, police and fire crews were called after the collision in which one vehicle was seen to roll several times.
Ambulance crews treated eight 'walking wounded' at the scene.
One man in his 40s with a leg injury was taken to Derriford hospital in Plymouth.
